Terms and Conditions
The rules for using Khayi Phaw — including AI-generated plans, the reviews you write, and what a share link exposes.

Acceptance of these terms
By using Khayi Phaw (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Khayi Phaw is
Khayi Phaw is a free AI travel planner for Myanmar. It builds itineraries, maps them, lets you edit them by hand and share them with others. The service is provided "as is" — see Availability below.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 13 or older to use Khayi Phaw.
- You can use it with a browser identifier alone; trips created that way belong to that browser. Sign in with Google, or use a trip's claim code, to move trips onto an account.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not use reviews or trip titles for spam or advertising, or to impersonate other people.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it at scale.
- Do not use the service to plan or promote illegal activities.
Your content and reviews
You keep ownership of what you write — your reviews, comments, notes and edits. You give Khayi Phaw a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content inside the service (for example, showing your review on a place page). We may remove content that breaks these rules or that we are asked to remove.
AI-generated itineraries
Plans are generated by an AI model. Treat them as a starting point, not as facts: times, prices, opening hours, transport schedules, routes and permits can be wrong or out of date.
Verify everything that matters before you travel, follow local authorities and official advisories, and remember that conditions in Myanmar can change quickly.
Khayi Phaw is not a travel agency and gives no professional travel, legal or safety advice.
Sharing your trip
A share link exposes your itinerary to anyone who has the link, and public trips may be indexed by search engines. You choose what to share and with whom, and you are responsible for that choice.
Third-party services
The service uses third parties — Google Gemini, Google sign-in, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap/Photon, Supabase, Vercel, Wikimedia Commons and Unsplash. Their own terms and policies apply to what they provide, and we do not control them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Khayi Phaw running, but it may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time, and features may change without notice.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Khayi Phaw is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses or claims arising from your reliance on an itinerary — including missed transport, closed sites or changed conditions. Travel on your own judgement and verify before you go.
Suspension and termination
We may remove content or restrict access if these terms are broken or the service is being abused. You can stop using Khayi Phaw at any time, and deleting your trips removes your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
